Licenses & Permits

Building Permits - For tenant improvements, new construction, or modifications. Contact: buildingdept@cityofsolvang.com.

Sign Permits - All new signage requires approval to maintain Solvang's Danish village character.

Bid Opportunities

The City posts Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and bid opportunities for goods and services. Contact City Hall at (805) 688-5575 to inquire about current opportunities.

Zoning & Land Use
